Last Thursday, I walked King Street between Waterloo City Hall and Kitchener City Hall. Having driven that stretch hundreds of times, it was very interesting to slow down and see what I had not seen before.

Every time I walk instead of drive somewhere, I find so much. I see so much more.
I find walking is the way I best discover a community, especially the hidden gems.
I’ve done that walk too! It’s wonderful when the weather is good and you have time to just meander.
